Данная служба ориентирована на максимально эффективное управление движением транспорта и минимизацию влияния дорожных происшествий на работу всей транспортной системы в период Игр. ОКОИ может учредить функциональное подразделение, занимающееся всеми аспектами транспортных услуг.

Coordination and management of the delivery of safe, secure and reliable transport services for the Olympic/Paralympic Family, giving priority to the athletes. This area is also responsible for ensuring provision of reliable public transportation to competition venues and any other ames venues for spectators, while enabling the host community to function during the Games. Transport aims to provide effectiveмmanagement of the traffic and transport network to minimize theмimpact of incidents on the delivery of all transport servicesмduring the Games. The OCOG may establish a functional areaмdealing with Transport aspects.

The process responsible for ensuring that the assets required to deliver services are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about those assets is available when and where it is needed. This information includes details of how the assets have been configured and the relationships between assets.
